Alhamdulillah,
all praises to ALLAH the Almighty. LC
Sungai Besi had our first maiden trip yesterday (24 April 2013) to National Zoo
and National Science Center. We departed at 8.30 am in two buses with students
all excited and looking forward for the day's program. Parents are also there
to witness our departure with some were seen taking photos.
Our
first destination is National Zoo, here students were briefed by our guide on
the background of animals and there were also animal shows. The animal shows
are crowd pullers and this is when students enjoy the performance by animal
trainers and their pets. Children being
so inquisitive asked a lot of questions on whatever they can lay their eyes.
This is how they learn and adapt to the surroundings.
Moving
on, we stopped for lunch at about 12 noon.
And make our way to the National Science Center and reached there at
around 2 p.m. The students had another wonderful experience learning through
observing, playing and experimenting.
After a
day with full of activities, we headed home to LC Sg. Besi and arrived there at
around 4.30 pm. Surprisingly, the students were still energetic recounting
their experiences with each other and teachers.
